🌱 Our sustainability targets

Inclusive growth for all employees

We aim to build a workplace where fairness, safety and equal opportunity define every experience. Our commitment includes ensuring equitable compensation, fostering diversity and strengthening overall employee well-being.

Zero-harm culture (< 0.20 TRIR)

We aim to reduce the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) to below 0.20. In 2024, we achieved zero lost-time injuries, demonstrating our strong safety culture supported by risk assessments, regular inspections and mandatory OHS training across all sites.

Engaged and motivated people (> 80%)

We aim to sustain an employee engagement score above 80%, supported by structured development programs, transparent communication channels and a people-first culture that encourages participation and continuous improvement.

Strengthened inclusion (> 70%)

We aim to maintain an inclusion score above 70% by promoting equal access to growth opportunities, supporting leadership diversity and ensuring every employee feels valued and empowered. Women already make up 41.7% of leadership positions, above industry averages.

Ethical and transparent business practices

We aim to ensure that 100% of our critical suppliers comply with our Code of Ethics and ESG requirements. In 2024, 69% of suppliers representing over 80% of our purchasing volume completed ESG self-assessments, strengthening transparency and responsible sourcing.

Sustainable supply chain performance (> 80% assessed)

We aim for over 80% of new suppliers to be evaluated based on environmental and social criteria. Both in 2023 and 2024, more than 80% of new suppliers were reviewed accordingly.

Corporate integrity and zero corruption

We aim to maintain a zero-corruption record supported by mandatory anti-corruption training, strengthened due-diligence processes and secure reporting channels. In both 2023 and 2024, no corruption cases were recorded.

Climate action and emission reduction

We aim to continuously reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions through energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy integration. Between 2023 and 2024, energy use increased due to operational expansion, making emission-reduction measures a priority focus for the coming years.

Efficient resource usage

We aim to further reduce raw material consumption and increase circularity across operations. In 2024, primary material use decreased from 937,727 kg to 734,449 kg, supported by improved storage, handling and operational efficiency practices.

Responsible water and waste management

We aim to optimize water usage and ensure safe, compliant waste handling. With 2024 water consumption at 12.01 megalitres and strict waste-segregation procedures applied at all sites, our focus remains on minimizing environmental impact through stronger operational controls.

Strengthening circularity

We aim to expand the use of recyclable and reusable packaging, collaborate with suppliers on return-loop systems, and explore new opportunities for material recovery and waste minimization across our value chain.
